Great bank, one poor manager

Pros

I liked the organization, their breadth of operational abilities. My work was supported by most senior managers and they recognized my successes.

Cons

One person prevented me from excelling or getting compensation. There is no 'going above' or around.

Pros

Employee benefit is good. 6k maternity claim per child. 26 days annual leave. Free dental and co pay $5 for GP

Cons

A bank hungry for market share and growth will tend to put too much stress on frontliners. Front liners have too much KPIs to deliver and the top management contradicts the values of the bank and they deny them. They preach that they are pro internal mobility but they dont do that.
