Pros

People are friendly and it's nice to work with such a small team of people big year end bonus of $1000 (based on branch sales and size of staff - can be less or more)

Cons

WAY too much work for the amount of money you are paid the company doesn't give a care in the world about their employees salary for full timers is stupid low

It's really easy to apply and get selected since not many candidates are interested in working in this bank. It's really ideal for university fresh graduates to get a start in the banking field. Pay is above average

Cons

Horrible management. outdated system. unmotivated staff. limited career advancement once you are in the organization.
