Pros

Great benefits particularly pension and sharesaves Always recognises you for good work Good bonuses The company has an amazing culture especially when reaching out or trying to get involves with head office staff If you land a good job thats not customer facing then this is an amazing company to work for. Huge contrast to customer facing roles where you're held back. Unfortunately have had to leave a company I loved working for.

Cons

Lots of cliques Nightmare to try and progress in the company if working at branch as you're expected to spend 100% time in front of a customer A lot of abuse from customers in this role, gave me terrible anxiety going to work Management held me back for a long time A lot of favouritism. Lazy people getting the better bonuses but everyone too scared to say anything including myself.
