You do get to leave Nice suit Don’t have to work sundays You get an hour for lunch That literally is it

Cons

No chance of progression unless a graduate Salary is pathetic, simply not competitive Understaffed Workload is unmanageable They tell you it’s not about numbers yet every morning hey go through your figures 🧐

very structured and strict, by the book, internal politics was cumbersome, focused on Asian clients, difficult to take time off (based on how many years you have been with the company)
