- Pays well and pay range was granted according to what was negotiated during the interview
- Fast promotions when post is available
- Benefits were granted (project dependent)
- People are very approachable and friendly
- Vastly expanding
- Very understanding of the worker's life goals
Cons
The Cons depends on which division / team you are on:
- One of the leads I've worked with has an attitude issue and was power tripping. Other than that, I have no further complaints.
