Very Poor Appraisal despite how much hard work you give. Cheap cost cutting in everything you see, shows how cheap they are. EFCS is just a showoff, Employees points are validated 0% and they don't care even little about their employees Just politics in everything, no matter what. U have to stamp someone literally to come up despite your skills or hardwork . Very Negative environment that'll just make you crave for next job. SAP Consultants don't ever think of joining this company 0% motivation to work If you want to work peacefully, never even think about this place. Manager's company and nobody gives a **** if you're not a manager and will be badly treated. First company in my career to see collecting money from employees for company party Definitely will regret for joining this company. HCL-AXON is altogether different and proper IT environment but HCL Technologies is the worst one can ever come across.
