      Salary higher than average (but bonus only on paper)

      Cons

      No balance between HCL performance demand and company tools, instructions, training provided in order to achieve it. Weak sales sign low margin contacts then pressure reflected onto delivery team. Balance between work and life has big room for improvement. Not an ideal place for working.

      It was income when really needed

      Cons

      Don't expect good pay - or raises. If you get a promotion in terms of jobs - it won't be reflected in your pay for years. If you are looking for something long term - look elsewhere As I found out, (not trying to be racist) - if you are a middle aged Caucasian - you will be miserable here. They go out of their way to make it hard for you as they know you are not protected.
