Horribly run. The Executives running the company have no interest in you as an employee. You are just a number. They will lie to your face about your value while planning to cut you lose. HR is a joke. Shady practices at the vey least.

-Lack of Leadership -Lack of Communication -Unclear Direction -Can be overworked -Forced to work -Reimbursement ideals sometimes not paid out - Software Surveillance your moves both during work and off -Meetings during lunch hours -Daily meetings with no clear direction -Accounting / Finance / Payroll loopholes that will undercut your paycheck -Changing pay periods which causes loss of paychecks -If you are lucky, a 1% annual pay raise - Leadership and Higher Managers are overseas in India, not in USA -You need to request for any laptop/equipment/company phone/benefits/incentives/reimbursement/ etc. -You need to find a HR SPOC on your own -Onboarding training is poor for all FTE/W2 Employees -Trying to lowball on compensation packages 1 day before joining
