      Great benefits and wages. hmm that's about it

      Cons

      The lead management has their own agenda which will not align with your own unless you want to move very very far away. If you decide to work for HCL do so at your own risk.

      none at all - yup none - rotten company

      Cons

      poor pay - no pay rises - no sick pay - no benefits - they promote you but offer no extra pay - dog pile work onto you then complain when you are not delivering despite being over loaded - no medical beneifits - no respect from upper management - poor training - training by inexperienced trainers - managers that play mahjong or solitaire all day while passing their duties onto agents who still earn the same pay as newbs - unbelievably high staff turn over rate

      Pros

      Pretty steady if you need to support your family. You can work with some very intelligent people depending on the project you are placed on.

      Cons

      Don't think your performance will be rewarded. Only favoritism works here. You must pucker up to the powers that be. If they don't personally like you regardless of how skilled you are you will be black balled.
