Manager driven company. No projects in hyderabad. Any time HR can ask to resignation. Auto trigger of exit can happen any time. No job security. Worst HR . No respect for employee if you come to bench.once you are in bench your job is in risk. HR won't show any opportunity. We need to search . If you have contacts then you will get project else asked for change location or registration. Bench HR partner she treat employees as worth less . They ask to stay office 6 hours with out providing any System. You just need to sit in reception. If not your time sheet not approved . I worked 1 year 3 months in client location then came back to hcl office hyderabad, searched for internal project for 2 months but no projects in hyderabad . They ask to move Bangalore. In hyderabad hcl is like a small consultancy not a mnc company

Their true up process and lack of communciation is horrendous. They have made a lot of people feel threatened and when you try to ask questions they get very defensive. They also talk down to women and do not encourage transparency.
