      Not a place you should stay for a long time

      - Really good work-life balance - If you want some real work experience, this is one of the best places - They follow lots of non-technical good practices that area good for a future careers.

      Cons

      for newcomers, the Salary is even lower than some labor jobs that don't require any technical skills. If you start with a lower-end salary, do not expect a reasonable hike no matter how good you are. Basic HR things get delayed for 4-5 months ( like fixing incorrect salary amounts)

      Relatively stable company that is growing in revenue

      Cons

      No work/life balance-work around the clock. WORK IS LIFE. You are just a number. Leadership lacks alignment across departments which has created many competing products Leading with fear- Leadership Consistently berates and screams at people to get things done. HR Systems and training are very antiquated. Travel systems and approvals are an absolute nightmare. Worst I’ve seen in over a decade No 401k match 1st year. No one will accept meeting invites, and you will spend time chasing down and babysitting your "support teams" who no show customer calls.

      Good compensation and benefits with increase every year

      Cons

      You're lucky if you land into a non-toxic account or leaders. It is all about managers/leaders who handle the account. My first account was toxic because the managers are not good and they don't value your effort but my 2nd account is so good, manager's will allow you to have a career advancement and they offer a higher position without hesitation as long as you're a performer they will see your value
