Pay Management HR Hours Shady To anyone new or with experience just find something in another place. This company has no opportunity to grow. They are shady and will steal money from your pay if you dont pay attention. They will try and say you didnt work hours when you are clearly working overtime and overworked. You wont get promoted no matter how hard you work. The HR department acts like they care about something when you try and voice your opinion. YOU WILL NOT BE HEARD AT THIS PLACE! You are expected to be in your seat 20 min early just to get programs running no pay. You will be talked down to anytime someone gets a chance. Management thinks you are beneath them. They say all these buzz words to try and make people feel good but treat everyone very poor. They try and say pay is competitive but you will for sure be getting far less than any other company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! You will thank yourself later.

HCLTech is a good company but their is so many cons of this as well. Being a part of HCLlite I'm telling this that in HCLTech the work life balance is not good, pressurization is too much in workplace, work from home is also not allowed and manager not allowing anytime in most of the case. The person who is leaving the home and live nearest to the campus and he want to go then also it is very hard to do that so Due to this pressure and not listening any correct voice and also trying the stop that voice as well. so These are real and fact cons of HCLTech .
