No career development and No moitvation to perform

No motivation what so ever to deliver. No bonuses, No Team lunches, No Team outings, No appreciations, Too many deductions in CTC and no company share in any of the dedcutions No Career growth Always client oriented and focussed in team size increasing, making profits. No employee benefits whatso ever. No Shift bonuses. No extra payment for working extra hours. Weekend allowance is very little. Yearly bonus/monthly bonus is allocated totally based on management policies...i.e decided solely by management if after employee is well appreciated by client, No Annual increment guaranteed (performance increment varies b/w 2% to 4% not more than that, once joined annual increment is provided after 2years or so not sure even lot of cases you wouldn't receive at all)
