      Lots of new stuff to learn Good work life balance

      Cons

      Lots of politics Managers are not qualified to be managers India Management lacks vision New and latest technology work comes as maintenance only Lots of buttering and licking of managers is required Engineering managers are more like people managers When anyone doesn't find them appropriate in technical ladder, switches to management ladder Managers uses appraisals as time to fix their scores

      Pros

      A lot of hours if you have no life. Make money but that's it.

      Cons

      You have no life for all the hours you have to work. One Sunday off every month doesn't cut it. Makes for grumpy employees, of which there were no shortage off. Also had to work 2 hours beyond regular shift to help the next shift. Company overshot and came up short 3,000 units. Their equipment fails and will take days to repair. Slows down production. Snobby Team Leaders. Employees treat new people like they are 2 year old's. Hateful co-workers. Push, push, push......!!!
