      Company has good flexibility with time, good increments, insurance, tax benefit options, trips, parties

      Cons

      Vendors for every work. Internal employees should feel unsafe now as their job may go away because Harman may outsource their support work to vendors anytime.

      pays the bills...barely...yearly raises are poor

      big company buys smaller company...gets less efficient, lays people off, more bureaucracy, health insurance not as good, etc

      Pros

      - Good products. - Work life balance is good if you are a good game player. Make a good relation with your seniors and enjoy the life at work.

      Cons

      - Good politics at work. If you play politics and you are good for nothing, this can be your dream destination. - Whatever you do, at the end (ear end appraisal time), you will get max 3/5. You will get a solid response saying that 3 is one of the best comparing other IT companies and to achieve 5 you have to be Games Bond. - There is a lot. List is quite long. Refrain joining atleast Profession division.
