      Pros

      I moved to this company from Samsung with hope of good work . Work is good , i worked for HMI team , i worked for North America team. Less than year Tenure with company was a horrifying for me.

      Cons

      1. Bangalore NA team Managers Acts like Hitlers. 2. There no work life balance , they expect us to work more than 12 hours and not to compliant or say that we are working. 3. US Counter part's are Dumb ( if you correct them their EGO hurts) and starts Complaining the Director (specially female counter parts are Complaint box's ) 4. If you put your point in front of Managers and Directors in they get offended and they show you warning letter rather discussing with the matter , because we should not talk in front of them. 5. HR are Toy's of Managers and Directors they don't even ask if Employee is having some problem. 6. Dumb Indian Team Leads , who does not know to fix how to code or doesn't know how to close the code block with flower braces.

      Pros

      Good product, good benefits, great company when it was locally managed. Good employee base, good community involvement. Forward thinking in a lot of areas. Upward mobile company

      Cons

      When locally managed the company was more employee friendly. Corporate decisions do not consider employee impact. Lack of trust within the company due to many lay offs and no sense of job security.
