      Harman is the World's largest audio company - thats the only good thing this organization has

      Cons

      Pathetic leadership team. Full of favoritism , policies doesnt apply to top management at all. Too much of politics. They talk about women safety but if you go and complain about any misbehavior with a female employee then no action is taken against the guy. Complaining about reporting manager will make your life hell in this organization.
