Pros

Many intelligent, knowledgeable, and experienced workers. Very casual dress code, great employee discounts on decent audio gear.

Cons

Leadership vacuum at upper and middle-management levels as evidenced by extremely poor levels of employee engagement, pervasive apathy, no discipline to process, third-world employee performance management process, no bonus or salary compensation incentives for regular employees during times of record revenue and profit, little accountability at all levels, low levels of intra-group communication, low expectations everywhere, no real world work-life balance, career advancement very hit or miss, working hard is valued far more than working smart, extremely poor use of significant intellectual capital.

In my department, my former boss is a very very good man who gave us lots of freedom to work on the area of our own interests.

The organization changes frequently which has a large impact on its engineer. You don't know what's next will happen
