      Pros

      Great perks, brand heritage, and innovative culture. Now a sweat shop with very low moral.....it has only become much worse over time.

      Cons

      Pathetic Executive Management and cut throat culture. Weak product quality and unable to meet program milestones. Apple and Google are well on the path to making Harman solutions completely irrelevant.

      Harman has more Directors than Hollywood

      Pros

      Harman has talented engineers and solid brand heritage. There are a large number of Director and VP-level positions, so there are plenty of opportunities for corporate middlemen. The CEO will remind you much money he's made you since taking over.

      Cons

      Way too many Director and VP-level positions. Stamford HQ oozes arrogance and invincibility. This company loves outsourcing, even if it costs more time and money. Harman is constantly laying off people which creates insecurity, poor morale, and a competitive, backstabbing culture. It's super cutthroat. Outdated performance review policy.
