      Work is good and management is good in some teams. With some good management last minute rushes are not present

      Work is mostly integration work. Very less from-the-scratch code being written. Pay is not on-par with rivals

      Strange culture in Shenzhen office: e.g. HR will request your current payroll to negotiate salary with you. e.g. during annual gala, managers' tables have good foreign wines wile normal employee can have only cheap local wine.
