Work culture is very very hostile Senior management is just pathetic, they hide behind you to save their life Senior management is always behind girls for enjoyment People here's who can just lick the boots, can grow much faster than ever Senior management is so cheap that shouting and abusing is just their the best skills and they use it very often Environment is so hostile that weekend, public holidays, family time is just become a dream for you Senior Management is so politically incorrect that they just use their teams and team members to get their promotions

Harman Leadership (VP, Director ...) lack integrity, accountability, lie about simple stuff and fabricate reports to make themselves look good. incompetent people with no leadership skills promoted / hired into key roles, Some of the so called leaders are glory hogs, are immature, experts in blaming others when things go wrong instead of taking ownership of the issues and resolving them. Nepotism is rampant with the good old boys club and they can do no wrong and they are never held accountable. These people have caused losses to the Company with their poor decisions and screw ups. Harman HR folks are a joke. They are clueless at the middle management level.
