Pros

Great work life balance. Young, friendly and talented teammates.

Cons

Can be political; progression can be based on favouritism, likability and culture fit rather than merit or competence. Lack of clarity / structure of upward progression or promotion due to flat hierarchy. Favourited staff gets to switch roles or departments (what they consider progression), despite having no relevant experience. Lack of clear long term vision, strategy and direction from the company. Too fixated on short term fixes, numbers and goals that do not address the root issue. Upper management can be insensitive when short term numbers are not hitting targets, even though it isn't our fault. Traditional and backward in digitalisation compared to competitors. No clear market positioning because our clothes are of not-so-good quality but yet expensive.
