      As per Dec 2022, the position was still partially to work from home. HQ are in Torre Virreyes, i.e. well located

      Cons

      Not priorized projects Not supportive areas Not enough persons Not enough budget for implementation Not a clear strategy for new products and services Not processes at all for R&D, everyone seems to care about this, but it takes MONTHS to actually accomplish administrative work...

      is kind of a new area so we are implementing a lot of stuff some coworkers are very difficult a lot of time the work hours are a lot and they don't pay it
