Everything else. This company has reduced its fleet and staff of drivers I must assume due to the reduced interest in bread and sweet goods consumption by the public. The bakery is no longer the ultra clean and bright environment it once was just a few years ago. Dirty, unkept and poor lighting make it very depressing. Newer employees walk into this filth not knowing what it once looked like. Hours and days of work are the most horrible in the in trucking. Many are irregular and scattered around the clock and the week. Supervision is worn out and don't agree on things.

Hours are ridiculous pretty much at any Bimbo plant you go to. Advancement really depends on who you have above you. So unfortunately if you have terrible management they will hold you back There is definitely a double standard for the associates senior leadership of the company will show up to your plant and put on a pretty face for the line workers and then think they can talk down to or even humiliate the supervisors.
