Nobody will say anything if you dont do anything. 4 week Vacation and 56hrs PTO when You file 2 weeks notice they will fire you on the spot.

you get 4 weeks vacation starting out and your coworkers are great people

Cons

Pay is bad, and management doesn't care about you. They WILL throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. All management cares about are numbers that make them look good. Even if you do as they say and the numbers (whatever is being measured) are not good, it's your fault.
