      Pros

      Work life balance, benefits, annual increase and incentive, convenience due to flexible schedule and proximity to home. My supervisor in DK.

      Cons

      Salary not that high. No Career growth. Local PH Leaders in some departments are focusing on the wrong measure of success. Example, instead of focusing on the number of WFHs rendered why not focus on the right value metrics such as amount of transactions handled, critical systems supported etc.
