-Great people who love the company -Great purpose -Great values -Great products -Great CEO who believes in the values, purpose and DE&I -Great benefits

Cons

-Not all leaders follow the Grundfos values the same way the CEO does but unfortunately they seem to be the ones who get promoted to the higher levels -Stress remains high across the entire company and little is done to address it -Employee loyalty is constantly tested and it will become even worse now there are productivity targets -DEI seems to be a buzz word and high level positions are often often filled by Danish white men
