      Good Work Life Balance & Laid Back Culture , suitable for beings who are contented with a mundane environment Nice people , suitable for people who like to make more friends than colleagues Company is focused in employee and skills development, suitable for people who are looking for comprehensive training for their job function or further studies

      Pump Industry is small & niche in Singapore on top of the flat organizational structure, not really for the "at least abit ambitious" professionals seeking a dynamic industry to be in Have talent spotting programme though but not really for the brighter minds, or maybe most of them has contributed to the attrition rate over the past few years anyway

      Not for long term career Hire too many staff doing nothing Very slow in everything Nobody bothers about it Manager also don't care Top mgmt approve some more.... If you want a long term and logically business place ... Don't choose this firm.. It is walking on thin wire and tons of nonsense and wasting money...
