Best reason to work here is if you are looking for a lax environment and flexibility. Colleagues are very approachable especially europeans.

Cons

-Limited knowledge if you want new learnings. Most of the process are templated and minimal room for growth -Salary level is not that enticing -increase per year on ave doesn’t make a noticeable impact.

Work life balance OK Salary Stable business (money available is not varied) Being a Danish headquarter based organization, average English skills are good.

Cons

Can stuck on one role/position Changes every 3 years Like other companies: Demanding/Talkative/Politician employees rule over hardworking/serious/value employees. Like other companies: Headquarter employees are better than others(HQ can prove it, and proves it) Middle management: you are allowed to give positive feedback and praise them as well.
