It was a great working environment some years ago till the new organizational structure brought new directors and managers who neglected the values of Grundfos that we came for so the employees lost their loyalty.

Cons

The company stopped investing in people. The company has lost many good people and some important values in the last 2 years. Service people work harder and don't get the appropriate benefits as much as other departments.
