      For me at this position there was no pros

      Cons

      Not specific job role Messy planning and management Bad facility conditions ( workshop) , electricity , water and food ordering as the area is out of zone for many food delivery . Hesitated manger with local background applied in the environment. There is no clear job cycle. It’s a local business covered under the name of a big company ( that’s applied on the service team only )
