Excellent work life balance with lots of learnings

Collaborative environment with lots of emphasis on training and development. Access to the Grundfos world and information.

Cons

Not a lot of transparency on movement to senior management roles. MBA culture non existant within the management.

Pros

Managers generally approachable. Open door policy which make it ask questions when facing problems. Time off for work given when necessary.

Cons

Limited jobscope. As an intern I was tasked to do data mining for 4 months, they needed the information to build a database to expand into pump audit. Might have been more efficient to buy the data.
