Overall is a good company with great environment, benefits, cultural tolerance and moving all the time with new initiative that will not give you time to get bored

Cons

New management focus in short terms results forgetting about people, plenty of opportunities for HR. Looks like sometimes decisions are base in personal goals and not professionally as should be in a Global company. Weak management to implement organizational changes or improvements.
