What Used to be a family atmosphere is now cold and anxious

Benefits were good but upper management has even taken some of that away recently. The people are great and they make a very high quality product.

Cons

Upper management makes hasty decisions and don't treat their employees like family anymore. They look at the employees as pieces on a chess board. They don't take into consideration that people do have a life outside of work.

Massive turnover suddenly from top to bottom in a 6 month period. Now they are struggling with the lost knowledge that was not recorded anywhere.
