Flexi time, pension scheme, supportive colleagues and training. Take health and safety seriously. Collaboration with international colleagues.

Cons

When I started at Grundfos it was a breath of fresh air in the treatment of employees. Sadly after the retirement of several members of the senior management team the newer management had a very different agenda. You constantly got the impression there was something going on in the background. Long serving employees taken for granted, skills and knowledge not rewarded.

Cons

Indianapolis location is acquired and does not fit the typical Grundfos model. This has made it difficult for corporate to fix the terrible management and cultural issues at the Indianapolis location.
