Strong values as a company. Has all the right intentions to live by those values. Charismatic CEO willing and able to drive positive attitude and motivate. Fantastic products and truly is a trendsetter in the market. Strong believer in the SDG 6 & 13 and definitely walks the talk. Very loyal customers. Has the right intentions on how to treat their employees. Owned by a foundation so majority of the profits go back into R&D. Strong partnerships in the markets. Always ready to push the envelope and be ambitious in their ventures.

Cons

Some tools are difficult to navigate making work tougher than it needs to be. Complexity with a matrix organizations. Can be slow to adapt to changes but getting a lot better.
