      Pros

      There is collaborative leadership, people are empowered to be involved and contribute to active participation; regardless of the role and position in the organization. It has been a good experience, by far; having been constantly in the surrounding of strong leadership support. Every day you are always asking questions. How can I make a difference and feel significant? How can I contribute towards something bigger? How can I grow personally? How can I ‘belong’ here?

      Cons

      I would say, culture alignment; local management needs to do better at making people feel valued and valuable so they can be brand ambassadors, representing GRUNDFOS.
