Culture instead of money? Stop making everyone laugh...
Pros
If you are a highly political fellow, who loves pretending to be working, going to waste your time all through the day, and lie about your KPIs, then this is the perfect place for you to hang around until retirement.
Cons
The place is just ridiculous, as you can confute each and every point of their corporate culture: 1. Sustainable - they can only develop their markets in third-world countries, with probably far above-average margins, while they still print thousands of sheets just to have a pile of paper on their desks. 2. Open and trustworthy - "In Grundfos we do what we say, and we say what we do." But you don't say anything, you just talk, and talk, and talk... "Our communication is open and honest among ourselves" If this would be true, that would be great, but you lie to each other all the time... "We put the facts on the table – also when it is not pleasant." Just tell us one instance, when this happened, and you were able to handle the honesty. 3. Focused on people - Yes, they are watching you to reach your made-up KPI targets, and your weekly working hours, even if it is just meaning face-time. Other than that, they couldn't care less. 4. Independent - Profit is not a goal in itself... that's why you are not paying overtime, offering well below market-level salaries, and soon having a KPI for going to the toilet as well. No worries, you've already set the timer on the lights for maximum 3 minutes in some of them. 5. Partnership - "We believe that diversity drives innovation and growth." Not just believe... act like that... diversity of POVs are not tolerated... 6. Relentlessly ambitious - Yeah, uhm... a first-grader can dream big as well, but s/he's not running a department/company
