      At Grundfos, the culture is healthy and with an expressed emphasis on living up to their values, both when it comes to contributing to society and not least in the way employees are taken care of.

      Cons

      As it is an established family company, founded 80 years ago, it some times struggles with conservative approaches - but has a keen focus on accelerating speed and simplicity, so one could hope it will improve in time.
