I was proud to work here. My input was taken seriously and I felt valued as an employee. The corporate culture was enjoyable, which has a strong Danish influence. Leadership is top-notch. It is a private company, which has its own benefits, as well. Benefits package was better than any other employer I've worked for before. I recommend working here.

Cons

None. My only advice for prospective employees is be mindful of the team's individual culture, as each manager has their own style. I imagine this is true with any company.
