      Great company and mission - too much politics

      The company is on a mission to solve the world's water challenges - highly motivating to be part of

      Cons

      Organisation is slowed down due to inefficiencies from very political climate. Too much loss of knowledge due to low non competitive salaries and poor ability to promote people internally in the organisation.

      Pros

      Purpose and values are super motivating. Senior leadership role models and embody values and behaviours; people are treated fair; and ambition level is high.

      Cons

      Change is a constant; but that is not a real downside, it is more a consequence of the ambition level.
