Cons

Not flexible on work arrangements, they still want their employees to suffer traveling to the office everyday. 2 years of pandemic, then they suddenly want employees to go back to the office.

cutthroat work environment , keep your head down and don't say anything, don't argue with management, Machismo is at work here from another country. nothing they do can be wrong
