      Upper management could not care less on what happens in the ground floor. Manager hired someone externally to come in and be a "filter" to not have to hear, or deal with issues in the warehouse. Numerous pay stub issues from Payroll, and HR engaging in heavy favoritism. Employees constantly being let go from the office, as well as the warehouse. Felt like there was no Job security when regularly seeing those with 5+ years being canned.

      Lost it's edge especially in terms of product development and innovation, speed and agility The recent restructuring has the potential to tear the company along the seams Increasing centralisation of authority and functions suffocating local/regional flexibility and capabilities Growing competition from low-cost entrants and gradually losing the bottom and middle of the market pyramide, risk of becoming a niche player Distribution network more and more trapped in the low margin zone
