You will be in probation and won't get to know whether confirmed or no. You can easily get removed from company Because of probation period or rules of that. Salary to low for Service technician.

Nobody will say anything if you dont do anything. 4 week Vacation and 56hrs PTO when You file 2 weeks notice they will fire you on the spot.
