The staff are friendly, it’s a shame as they don’t seem to last longer than 2 months.

Cons

The management are all siblings ( Handfords ) they pick and choose who they want to grow in the company, the others get lost along the way

Good people, great benefits. It’s a real shame that the head of business lets the whole place down.

Cons

HR only covers there back. They don’t look after the best interest Of the staff. No training given. Head of business is not willing to help. Very quick to point fingers but doesn’t take accountability. Wouldn’t recommend Mercedes Benz Leicester
