The people I work with every day are great.

Cons

No raise in 5 years, corporate big wigs belittle my job, expected to work crazy long hours at month end. I have witnessed employees who were expected to work off the clock to get the job done because overtime is not allowed.

Pros

The pay is good, the company is a fortune 500 so you do not have to deal with unfair or poor management. The people are great to work with, benefits are fair, so is commision.

Cons

people are always coming and going. You have to depend on other people to do your job correctly so sometimes you are put in a bad position and the customers will take it out on you. No holiday bonus, no more christmas parties.

The people(non-management) were the best part of working there. They were all hard working and dedicated to their jobs.

Cons

Poor communications among managers and their teams. Poor benefits and low starting salaries for anyone not in sales.
