There are absolutely no pros to working for this company.

Cons

This company puts the most unproffesional managers in charge that run a dealership like a circus. The employees are over-worked and they are more interested in quantity over quality. It doesn't matter if the employee cares about satisfying the customer through quality work. I was just another number in this snake pit.

Pros

Great training in job requirements. Andover office is pretty small. Feels like a small company even though it is Fortune 500.

Cons

Mostly memorization. Not much room for ideas, innovation, learning new things. Layoffs, moving Andover office to Houston. Lots of required overtime.
