Company offers great sales training for both beginning and seasoned personnel. The tools (advertising) are in place to attract buyers, and to follow up with prospects (CRM).

Cons

It's the auto business. Long hours, Pay can be cyclical, and company provided benefits are fairly costly.

To quote my co-workers, "At least we have a job." So I guess it's okay to settle for being treated like a lower class person as long as their is a paycheck involved.
