Pros

Central location in Buckhead. Paid Parking. Lots of pizza, ice cream, birthday cake, and other food parties. Nice 360 degree views of Atlanta. Fancy holiday parties.

Cons

I'm uncomfortable saying anything more than HIGH turnover rate.

Pros

My experience with GT has been good. The people and overseeing attorneys have all been great. The company itself is pretty average and experience many of the pros and cons that large company normally does. They adhere to your normal schedule and do not expect you to work overtime as an hourly employee excluding extenuating circumstances.

Cons

Pay for this position type comparable to other firms is below the average. No upward mobility in this field unless you want to move up to a Case Manager, at which point you are salaried and expected to work a lot of overtime.

Decently high salary out of law firms in the UK

Cons

Treat people like trash, throwing them out of their offices anytime they want, old boys' club culture and zero respect for colleagues from different backgrounds. Deal exposure is also not the best.
