      Nice people but cheap

      Pros

      The staff is kind and want to do good work. They are motivated by the fact that they are professionals.

      Cons

      They are cheap. They underpay staff and associates and the bonuses are meager. as a paralegal, I was judged by profitability when it came to my bonus which was then next to nothing. also there was no organization of the paralegals.

      Pros

      Some nice colleagues. Locations near major access routes and public transit. Difficult to think of positive aspects of this firm.

      Cons

      Benefits package costly and fails to provide stellar coverage. Inflexibility to allow staff personnel to work from home and have a work/life balance. Limited opportunity for advancement.
